Since its creation in 2011, the Big Bash League has become an ever-growing juggernaut of the Australian cricket summer, bringing the wonderful sport of cricket to new and established audiences on a scale like never before.
Originally operating as the BBL for its first four years, the WBBL was introduced in 2015 as the women's game and the nation's affinity for it grew in line with an expanded Aussie cricket season.
